Steve Coya was asked to resend the minutes from the March 14 and March 21 teleconferences. Steve still needs to write up his notes from the dinner meeting held during the Seattle IETF. 2. Frank and Craig summarized the discussions that occurred during the Requirements WG meeting that was held in Seattle. Scott and Allison will set set the schedule and specific requests for the EXRP review of the requirements document. 3. Jim Bound summarized the meeting of the TACIT BOF from the Seattle IETF meeting. 4. Steve Deering, Jim, and Ross commented on the SIPP meeting in Seattle. There was a significant amount of discussion on the IPAE portion of the SIPP meetings, especially on the number of folks who either did not read, or did not understand the specification. 5. Jim reported on the Tuba meeting as Mark Knopper was unable to participate in the teleconference. 6. The directorate tentatively agreed to hold their retreat in a meeting room at O'Hare airport May 19-20. Coya to poll directorate members to see who will attend.
